Meeting of international building automation experts

A top-class panel of experts for building automation from around the globe will meet at the Buildings under Control Symposium in Vienna, Austria from October 15 to 16. For the fourth time host LOYTEC electronics, internationally recognized manufacturer of innovative building automation solutions, invites automation specialists, business partners and customers to join this international convention, which has become a popular platform for exchange of ideas, technical discussions and networking in the industry.

For the fourth time in succession winner at the LonMark International "Best of the Year Awards"

LOYTEC is pleased about the respected industry recognition at the renowned LonMark International “Best of the Year Awards”. Against keen international competition the LGATE-950 Universal Gateway could prevail and gain the title “Best Infrastructure Product 2012”. LOYTEC came out the winner of this worldwide top-class competition for the fourth time.

LGATE-950 allows interconnection of various systems in building automation which use different communication protocols. LGATE-950 supports simultaneous communication of multiple communication protocols. It quasi speaks several languages and is able to connect LonMark systems to BACnet, KNX, Modbus and M-Bus networks.

Eleven at once

Eleven LOYTEC products are compliant with the BACnet standard ISO 16484-5/ANSI ASHRAE 135 as attested by the accredited certification authority WSPCert. Certification requires compliance of the device with the BACnet standard of the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) in all five areas of interoperability: exchange of data, alarming and event management, scheduling, trending and device and network management.

Winner at LonMark International Best of the Year Awards for three Years

LOYTEC’s L-DALI CEA-709 DALI Controller was awarded “Infrastructure Product of the Year“. The award was presented at AHR EXPO on Jan 24, 2012 in Chicago, IL. LOYTEC's traditional participation in this world leading trade show for HVAC and building automation was recognized in a large way. Hans-Joerg Schweinzer and Dietmar Loy, LOYTEC managing directors present at the ceremony, were very pleased about this award presentation: “We frankly admit that we are very proud to have gained the trophy three years in succession. And we will try hard throughout the coming year to achieve the same status again”.
