Vienna – March 30, 2026 – Delta Intelligent Building Technologies (Delta IBT), a division of Delta Electronics, today announced that LOYTEC electronics GmbH will transition its legal entity name to Delta Intelligent Building Technologies (Europe) GmbH. This step follows the previously announced global operational alignment across Delta Controls, LOYTEC, Amerlux, March Networks, and VIVOTEK, aimed at delivering more integrated and scalable intelligent building solutions worldwide.

The change is purely legal and structural. All products, brands, teams, and customer relationships remain unchanged.
