J & K Regeltechnik was founded in 1996 as an independent service provider for automation technology. In 2012, parts of the company were sold to Mr. Karl Laußer, who is the sole shareholder of the company Karl Lausser GmbH with a turnover of more than 120 million euros. J & K Lausser Regeltechnik is still self-sufficient on the market, but has found a strong partner in the field of plant construction with Lausser.
