In October LOYTEC hosted the Buildings under Control Symposium 2024 at the Techgate Vienna. The LOYTEC team exclusively presented in-depth news on new developments and market trends regarding building automation to LOYTEC business partners from all over the globe.
Numerous partners presented case studies of various vertical markets that rely on LOYTEC solutions - office buildings, prisons, farming plants, apartments, and many more. Live demos were exhibited to get deeper insight about the LOYTEC solutions and products. We were very appreciative of our catering partner that ensured our guests were well supplied with refreshments as they visited our demo stands and the unique opportunity to discuss technical features directly with LOYTEC product managers, creating a positive networking environment between partners and LOYTEC. At the event, we hosted insightful lectures on mayn topics, from ESG principles to indoor air quality in building environemts, from network planning to Smartscore certified buildings, all centered around the inspiring motto "Upcycle Your Space," encouraging sustainable and creative approaches to evolve and innovate your building.
On Tuesday evening we were delighted to invite our partners to a meet and greet dinner at one of the best restaurants in Vienna, Die Sattlerei, a stylish and modern restaurant located in Vienna's 2nd district. The restaurant focuses on high-quality, organic ingredients, offering a menu that combines traditional Austrian flavors with a contemporary twist.
On Wednesday evening we had the pleasure to invite our partners to a guided tour of the Austrian Parliament, followed up by a fine dinner at Kelsen, a contemporary restaurant located within the Austrian Parliament in Vienna, named after Hans Kelsen, the architect of the Austrian Constitution.
At the "Friday Tour 2024" our partners could experience a cultural and culinary tour through the Weinviertel region of Lower Austria. The tour started with a guided tour of Schloss Hof, Austria's largest palace complex in the countryside and the former imperial country residence of Prince Eugene of Savoy and Maria Theresa. The tour continued with a visit to Retz and its unique wine cellars, well known as the largest historic wine cellar in Austria. This labyrinthine storage facility – which extends for around 20 kilometres – is a place rich in history and myths, and is more extensive than the ground road network in the town above. Finally, our guests could enjoy a well-deserved dinner at Pollaks, a renowned restaurant known for its sophisticated and modern Austrian cuisine, blending traditional flavors with contemporary techniques, and offering a fine dining experience.
