In 2012, parts of the company were sold to Mr. Karl Laußer, who is the sole shareholder of the company Karl Lausser GmbH with a turnover of more than 120 million euros. J & K Lausser Regeltechnik is still self-sufficient on the market, but has found a strong partner in the field of plant construction with Lausser.
