These technologies will become part of Kieback&Peter’s expanded portfolio, while LOYTEC gains a strong integration partner with decades of market experience. The joint objective is to deliver highly efficient, flexible, and future-proof room automation systems. Key aspects include energy efficiency, user comfort, scalability, and cost savings.

As part of the cooperation, existing system integrations will be expanded: the components support open protocols such as BACnet, Modbus RTU, EnOcean, Bluetooth SIG Mesh, SMI, and DALI. This ensures seamless communication between room controllers, sensors, displays, and backend systems. Such openness facilitates integration with existing building automation infrastructures and provides significant added value, particularly for planners, system integrators, and facility managers – with a focus on long-term investment security and ESG compliance.

The first joint solutions from LOYTEC and Kieback&Peter are already available and have been successfully implemented in pilot projects. These projects highlight the benefits of integrated room automation, where multiple room functions – including heating, cooling, ventilation, lighting, and shading – are centrally managed for greater comfort and efficiency.
