J & K Regeltechnik handled the installation and setup of the room automation system, using state-of-the-art LOYTEC’s LROC-400 room controllers.

In the hotel rooms, these controllers are installed in the ceiling while in the office areas, they are placed under the raised floors.

Various devices are connected to these controllers, including L-STAT room control units, heating and cooling units, control dampers, card readers, and blind motors. The system connects to the building’s central automation via BACnet IP. This allows for the exchange of key information and commands, such as heating and cooling settings, average room temperatures, weather data, and control of blinds for window cleaning. This integrated approach ensures both user comfort and flexible room design, now and in the future.

A Symphony of Light and Shade

The automation system optimizes lighting by adjusting it based on daylight, and it also controls sunshades to match the light conditions. In the conference areas, lighting and sunshades are automatically adjusted to provide the best comfort and lighting.

The air quality and temperature in each room are meticulously controlled and monitored. The office areas benefit from advanced heating and cooling ceilings, managed by intelligent control valves that ensure optimal conditions at all times. The system’s dynamic adaptation to room air quality guarantees a healthy and pleasant atmosphere.

Seamless Integration and Smart Monitoring

LOYTEC’s room automation system facilitates constant communication between various subsystems, collecting, analyzing, and regulating data down to the minutest detail. This comprehensive monitoring includes essential functions such as alarming, scheduling, and trending, ensuring the building operates at peak efficiency.
