Delta Intelligent Building Technologies strengthens European structure with legal entity transition

Delta Intelligent Building Technologies (Delta IBT), a division of Delta Electronics, today announced that LOYTEC electronics GmbH will transition its legal entity name to Delta Intelligent Building Technologies (Europe) GmbH.

This step follows the previously announced global operational alignment across Delta Controls, LOYTEC, Amerlux, March Networks, and VIVOTEK, aimed at delivering more integrated and scalable intelligent building solutions worldwide.

The change is purely legal and structural. All products, brands, teams, and customer relationships remain unchanged.

“Over the past months, we have taken important steps to align our global operations. This update ensures that our European structure reflects that direction—while preserving the strengths our customers rely on,” said Hans-Jörg Schweinzer.

LOYTEC will continue to operate as a product brand and technology platform, recognized for its expertise in open building automation systems and room-based intelligence.

Customers and partners can expect:

No changes to products, systems, or installed solutions

No changes to contacts, support structures, or service levels

Continued use of the LOYTEC brand in the market

Gradual administrative updates (e.g., company name in contracts and invoices)

This transition enables Delta IBT to operate more cohesively across regions, simplifying collaboration and supporting the delivery of integrated solutions across building automation, lighting, and security.

Importantly, all existing agreements, certifications, and customer commitments remain fully valid and unaffected.

“We understand that trust is built over time. This change is about strengthening that foundation—not replacing it,” added Schweinzer.

Further administrative details will be shared directly with partners where relevant.
