Following our communication in January regarding the operational alignment within Delta Intelligent Building Technologies, we would like to inform you of the next step.

Change of legal entity name

LOYTEC electronics GmbH is transitioning its legal entity name to:
Delta Intelligent Building Technologies (Europe) GmbH

What does this means for you

There are no changes to our day-to-day business:

Your contacts remain unchanged
The LOYTEC brand, products, and solutions remain unchanged
All projects, agreements, and partnerships continue as before
Support, delivery, and communication channels remain unchanged

The only change is the legal company name used in formal documents such as contracts and invoices.

Reason for this change

This step reflects the ongoing alignment within Delta Intelligent Building Technologies and ensures a consistent legal structure across regions.

It enables closer coordination across our brands and strengthens our ability to deliver integrated solutions within building automation, lighting, and security.

Personal email addresses are being transitioned to @deltaww.com. This change applies to individual contacts only. All shared contact addresses used to reach our teams remain unchanged.

This applies in general to your regular communication with LOYTEC (now Delta Intelligent Building Technologies (Europe) GmbH), including sales, support, marketing, and other functional contacts.
