It is our policy to give our customers excellent support from the first idea to specification and implementation and all the way during debugging, test, and product qualification. Any request sent to

support@loytec.com

will be answered from Monday to Friday within 24 hours (assuming we know the answer :-). Over the weekend and on holidays we do not offer support. Due to our excellent customer service we have received the CCT certificate.
