Data Recording and Storage with LWEB-801 Server

The LWEB-801 Server allows storage of trend data and schedule parameter in a central database (SQL) of data from the L-INX Automation Servers LINX-200/201. Storage is done automatically on a PC or network server.

The following databases are supported by LWEB-801 Server:

• SQLite (comes with LWEB-801)
• Microsoft SQL SERVER Express
• MySQL

Data can be visualized by the graphical user interface LWEB-800. Data for trend graphs are polled from the L-INX Automation Server first. Any missing data for the defined period is polled from the LWEB-801 Server application. Reporting tools such as Dream Report™ (LWEB-830 Dream Report) can access data from the LWEB-801 Server for creating customized reports.

All L-INX Automation Servers including L-INX with ICE 61131-3 programming capability (LINX-110/111/210/211) can store data in CSV files on the device. The CSV files can be read from the devices via a FTP connection. L-INX Automation server can automatically send CSV files as an attachment to an e-mail notification. Apart from a direct IP connection LWEB-801 Server can also poll e-mails with a CSV attachment from a mail server. Data from the CSV files are automatically extracted and stored in the SQL database. LWEB-801 Server recognizes existing data and ensures that the same data will not be stored repeatedly.

LWEB-801 Server can collect data from other LOYTEC devices supporting data storage in CSV files and e-mail notification. These additional products are the L-VIS Touch Panels (LVIS-3E1xx and LVIS-ME2xx models) and the CEA-709/BACnet Gateway LGATE-900.
