Teaching and learning is accomplished in many ways at LOYTEC:

Apprenticeship:

As a company that takes on trainees, the profession as office administrator is taught very successfully for several years at our firm. Our most experienced apprentice trainer has already accompanied many individuals on their way towards their final professional exams.

Traineeships for HTL-students:

Every year students from technical engineering schools serve their obligatory internships during summer vacation at our company. Under professional guidance of our experienced staff the up-and-coming young talents deepen their knowledge and gather firsthand practical experience in the fields of software development and mechatronics.

Practical training for FH-students:

Every year we provide several training vacancies for students from colleges of technology to complete their obligating practice semester. In this way especially talented young technicians are able to learn on a high level in permanent dialog with technology leading LOYTEC experts and to prepare their diploma thesis. Systematic and continuous integration into the project teams and close cooperation in developing new products offers formative insight into conditions of practice. These future engineers are supported by an experienced tutor and benefit continually for their future career from the LOYTEC training system.

Continuous staff training:

Constant vocational training of staff members is very important to LOYTEC. Only in investing into education we can remain competitive in the long run. Well skilled and highly motivated employees contribute in not only answering but exceeding our customers' expectations with solution orientated professionalism and new ideas.

Research and technology co operations:

Close collaboration with universities and research facilities and continuous communication with technology platforms ensure  information transfer on a high level and ongoing stimuli for trend setting innovations. Among others, LOYTEC cooperates with the University of Technology Vienna and the Austrian Institute of Technology.

Trainings for customers and LOYTEC Competence Partners throughout the year:

Both in Europe and North America LOYTEC hosts periodic trainings, lasting several days, in English and German language for all sections of our wide product range. On request, courses can take place directly in the premises of a customer, provided the required minimum number of people attending is booked. During these intensive trainings, which usually last three days,  future Competence Partners and manufacturers acquire the necessary know how about the basics and various fields of application of our L-INX Automation Servers.

The CCT– Customers Certified Trainer – certificate is a quality measure for our trainings. It was awarded to LOYTEC by the trade association for management consultants and information technology based on extensive hearings.
