Das 500 Millionen Dollar teure International Commercial Center mit einer Fläche von ca. 120.000 Quadratmetern befindet sich im berühmten Wangjing Viertel, der größten modernen Wohngegend Pekings.

Das International Commercial Center besteht aus 5 Gebäuden, in welchen Geschäfte, Wohnungen und Büros untergebracht sind. Es ist das größte, moderne Einkaufs- und Unterhaltungszentrum in Wangjing. Der zentrale Platz der Gebäude misst 7000 Quadratmeter.

Die Gebäude werden von vielen bekannten Einkaufsketten (z. B. Chinas Guomei Home Appliance Town, Pekings berühmtes Huatang Einkaufszentrum, bekannte koreanische Einkaufshäuser) gemietet.
